It has reasonably spacious rooms and favourable location adjacent to Buenos Aires for Tango, the subway and a major shopping mall2, and all the good restraunts and bars are: )

Location to other tourist destinations. The people working there are helpful and especially helpful, have a big heart. I loved the place.

Paula was very prompt to answer e-mail questions, offered great advice regarding the area and made my stay very relaxing. The hotel is very near to a large shopping center, the subway and many other amenities. I walked with little effort to many of the downtown parks, markets and the theater district. The San Matin bakery on the corner will ruin your diet in a hurry and the attached restaurant offers great pizza! This hotel is in a very good Palermo neighbourhood and I will stay there often.

Great location a short distance from the domestic airport and centrally located in Alto Palermo - 15 mins walk into Palermo Soho and a bit further to Palermo Hollywood. Its close to Bulnes Metro station which can take you close to San Telmo, Retiro and central plazas. Room was new and very modern. Its a lovely large side with a large comfortable double bed, balcony and kitchenette. The bathroom is sparkling with toiletries provided. There is a roof terrace with a small pool and good views particularly at sunset. They are still waiting for the terrace furniture to arrive and once it does this will be a great spot to sunbathe. Both Paula & Tatiana were prompt in answering emails and queries and provided helpful advice.

We had an excellent stay here but if I had to be picky I would say the pool itself could have been cleaner. You have to pay for the accommodation upfront but I was kind of aware of this so it wasn't a shock.

I would like if their was a sun recliner by the swimming pool as their was nothing to lie on to relax an enjoy the sun.

Extremely clean, comfortable, great location and very safe. Easy access by subway, public transportation or taxi to all major atracctions, business and shoping areas. Cozzy,quite and private. Good ammenities, like the safe box in each room and fully equiped kitchinett for 4 people. Frendly staff and eager to help, bi-lingual. Usually I stay at 5 or 4 stars hotels, I will stay at Dream Studios BA next time, it became my prefer choice in Buenos Aires.

Since it is not an hotel, they don't change towels nor clean every day, a minor inconvenience for us.

Excellent location. Great decor. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice conveniences in the apartment. Great water pressure in the shower. Very secure place: need a key to get in and out of building and there is a fron desk person. Small safe in closet.

Wifi was very weak. Signal would drop and no signal in bedroom area. No paper towels in kitchen.

A very comfortable new apartment. Well situated in a safe neighbourhood 5 minutes' walk from the Subte (underground). Spacious and clean. Some street noise, but much quieter than I'd expècted, even on Friday and Saturday nights. Small balcony overlooking street. Staff eager to please and speak excellent English.

The price is quoted in us dollars, but if you pay by credit card they charge you in pesos using an exchange rate (5.50 to the dollar) far poorer than the rate you are then charged by American Express (about 4.75). The result is that you pay about 15 per cent above the advertised price. This is unacceptable and I felt cheated. Nevertheless it is still reasonable value for money. Some basic cleaning equipment would help (the flat isn´t serviced).

Dream Studios offers an amazing deal. Beautiful apartments, great services and a super budget prices. Like 5 star hotel only I payed the price of a 3 star hotel. I m coming back.

Well located in Palermo - easy access to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A very comfortable apartment well supplied with crockery and utensils. Spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Warm welcome from Paula, the co-owner. She recommended places to eat and booked an airport taxi for us when we departed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfort, situation and price.

Before moving into the flat, you have to sign a contract written in legal Spanish. Please, translate into ENGLISH!!! Would have loved BBC World or CNN news channels in ENGLISH!!!
